What an amazing app. When I first got my iTouch I was a big fan of SportsTap, which is an excellent app, but I love the ESPN ScoreCenter much more.

Features
I love how in-depth this app gets. The advantage it has over SportsTap is the interface and all the options.

I like the feature of being able to follow a league, NCAA Football, a conference, Mountain West Conference, and even a team, Utah Utes. It automatically puts your favorite team at the top, so you don’t have to scroll to find it. If you log in to ESPN via the app, it will pull all your favorite teams from your espn.com profile.

When you find the game you want, you can tap it and a modal will appear with the game info. If it is before the game starts you will see a preview. If it is during the game you will see in game stats. If it is after the game you will see a recap. You can also connect to espn.com through the game screen and join the conversations (smack talk). If you are a sports fan, you have to have this app.
