Hey everyone,

Here is a quick update of what has been going on.

Lets start with taxes. What a weird topic. I usually had my dads accountant do them for me, but now I am using TurboTax to get it done. I have all the necessary things, I am just waiting for the politicians in DC to get it together and decide if they are going to give first time homebuyers the $7,500 tax credit. I know they are already going to give it to first time homebuyers but the way it is setup now, I would have to pay it back starting in 2010 and pay $500 to the Government for 15 years! I don’t want to pay them anything I don’t have to so I wasn’t going to take the tax credit. Also, if we sold our house before the 15 year period, I would have to pay the remainder of the $7,500. Once Obama got put in, Congress has been working on getting the stimulus package right and now the first time homebuyer tax credit would be a true tax credit meaning we wouldn’t have to pay it back.

I just got back from Halo night and now I am watching The Office. Michael just found out Holly has a boyfriend and he went nuts. I also want to say that I love LOST this season and I can’t beleive what is happening.

I want to congradulate the University of Utah Men’s Basketball team for beating San Diego State last night which put them in the first place position in the Mountain West.

I want to also say that I love the US Men’s National Team (ya know, the soccer team that plays in the World Cup). They played Mexico last night and beat them 2-0. I am really excited for when the USA will come and play El Salvador in Rio Tinto Stadium.

Work is going well even though we are in a lull right now. We seem to have a ton of jobs come in then not so many then a ton then not so many. I love my job though and things are going well for Nikki and I!
