Nikki and I decided to head down to Southern California to visit my sister and her family. Luckily my parents were heading down too so we rode down with them.

We went to the L.A. Temple first. Nikki and my dad were amazed at how big it is. It was nice for me because every other time I had been there it was cloudy so it was nice to get some good pics in the sun. We then went to the La Brea Tarpits which was pretty fun then we just shopped and hung out. We didn’t make it to the Rose Parade, but we did see the floats the next day. It was packed. My favorite float was from the City of Anaheim. They had made Angels Stadium. It was so cool. It was a needed break from the cold temps and inversion.
